These Terms of Use govern access to DevMandir websites and apps operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited. By using DevMandir you agree to these Terms and to policies linked from the footer.

The service

DevMandir is an online marketplace that lets you discover and book puja, chadhava and related seva performed by independent Pandits at locations shown on each listing. FirstTrek OPC Private Limited provides the platform, booking flow, customer support and payment coordination; the Pandit named on the listing performs the ritual.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and use DevMandir for lawful, personal devotional purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your mobile number secure. OTP messages are for your use only.

Bookings

• Prices, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation windows are shown before payment and stored with your booking.
• You must provide accurate Sankalp and contact details.
• Reschedule requests depend on Pandit availability and are not guaranteed.

Pandit relationship

Pandits are independent service providers, not employees of DevMandir. DevMandir verifies listings to a reasonable standard but does not guarantee spiritual, health, financial or other outcomes from any ritual.

User conduct

You must not misuse the platform, harass Pandits or staff, attempt unauthorised access, scrape listings, or use DevMandir for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

DevMandir branding, software and content are owned by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited or licensors. Ritual photos or videos provided to you are for personal devotional use unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimers

Services are provided as described on each listing and as available. To the extent permitted by law, DevMandir disclaims warranties not expressly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FirstTrek OPC Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of DevMandir. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking through DevMandir, except where law requires otherwise.

Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue features with notice where reasonable. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection forums.

Operator and payment processing

• DevMandir is a devotional booking brand operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited ("FirstTrek", "we", "us", "our").

• You book on www.devmandir.in. PhonePe returns the browser to devmandir.firstrek.in (FirstTrek's PhonePe-approved domain for DevMandir) before you continue to payment status on the customer site. PhonePe processes payments on behalf of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited, which is the merchant of record. The PhonePe page and your bank, card or UPI statement may show FirstTrek or a statement descriptor configured with PhonePe.
• DevMandir does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or wallet credentials. Payment credentials are entered directly on PhonePe's pages.
• The Pandit named on your listing performs the ritual at the location shown. DevMandir coordinates booking, communication, cancellation and refunds as described in these policies.
