Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply when you pay for DevMandir bookings through PhonePe on behalf of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited.

Merchant of record

FirstTrek OPC Private Limited is the merchant of record for online payments for DevMandir bookings. PhonePe processes payments on our behalf. DevMandir is a consumer brand of FirstTrek; your payment agreement for the transaction is with FirstTrek OPC Private Limited subject to PhonePe's terms for payment processing.

Domains used in checkout

You start and finish booking on www.devmandir.in. PhonePe returns the browser to devmandir.firstrek.in (FirstTrek's PhonePe-approved payment domain for DevMandir), which then continues you to the DevMandir payment-status page. Both hosts share the same booking records.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before you confirm payment. Taxes or fees, if any, are displayed at checkout.

Payment methods

Available methods depend on PhonePe and your bank (commonly UPI, cards and wallets supported by PhonePe). You enter credentials only on PhonePe; DevMandir does not store card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN.

Statement descriptor

Your bank, card or UPI history may display FirstTrek, FirstTrek OPC, PhonePe, or a descriptor configured with PhonePe for our merchant account. Use your booking reference when querying Support.

Authorisation and holds

Submitting payment authorises FirstTrek OPC Private Limited to charge the displayed amount for the selected booking. Temporary holds or pending states follow PhonePe and issuer rules.

Failed, abandoned or duplicate payments

If payment fails, the booking is not confirmed until a successful payment is recorded. Pending transactions usually settle or auto-reverse per PhonePe and bank timelines. Contact Support with references if you believe you were charged without confirmation.

Reconciliation

We reconcile PhonePe callbacks with booking status. In rare cases of mismatch, we may request additional proof of debit before confirming or refunding.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and are sent through PhonePe to the original method where possible.

Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks may lead to account suspension. We share booking and delivery records with PhonePe and issuers to respond to disputes.

• You book on www.devmandir.in. PhonePe returns the browser to devmandir.firstrek.in (FirstTrek's PhonePe-approved domain for DevMandir) before you continue to payment status on the customer site. PhonePe processes payments on behalf of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited, which is the merchant of record. The PhonePe page and your bank, card or UPI statement may show FirstTrek or a statement descriptor configured with PhonePe.
• DevMandir does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or wallet credentials. Payment credentials are entered directly on PhonePe's pages.
• The Pandit named on your listing performs the ritual at the location shown. DevMandir coordinates booking, communication, cancellation and refunds as described in these policies.
