Pandit Terms

These Pandit Terms apply to Pandits who list or perform services on DevMandir, operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited.

Eligibility

Pandits must complete verification before their services can be published. DevMandir may request additional documents or clarification.

Listings

• Describe rituals accurately and state the actual location where you perform them.
• Do not claim to represent a temple administration unless DevMandir has verified it.
• Do not promise outcomes.
• State clearly whether photo, video or prasad delivery is included.

Performing bookings

• Perform each ritual as described, on the scheduled date, using the devotee's Sankalp details only for that ritual.
• Do not contact devotees outside DevMandir or share their details.
• Upload evidence only as described in the listing, without showing other devotees' personal details.

Payouts

Earnings for completed bookings are paid out periodically. DevMandir retains the platform fee shown to the devotee. FirstTrek OPC Private Limited coordinates payments to Pandits as described in your onboarding materials.

Compliance

Pandits must comply with applicable law, temple rules and these Terms. DevMandir may suspend listings for breach or safety concerns.
