DevMandir helps devotees arrange puja, chadhava and other seva performed by individual Pandits, starting with temples and sacred places in Uttarakhand. DevMandir is operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Registered office and statutory identifiers are published on the Contact page when available.

What we do

• We list services offered by individual, verified Pandits. Each listing names the Pandit and the actual place where the ritual is performed.
• We show the full price, what is included and excluded, and the cancellation terms before you pay.
• We keep you updated as your booking moves from confirmation to completion.
• Where included in a listing, we share reviewed photos or video of the ritual after performance.

What we do not do

• We do not claim to represent any temple administration unless a partnership is explicitly verified and shown on that temple's page.
• We do not promise any spiritual or material outcome from a ritual.
• We do not publish reviews that did not come from real, completed bookings.
• We do not ship prasad or physical offerings unless a listing explicitly includes that delivery.

Our relationship with Pandits

Pandits are independent professionals. DevMandir provides verification, listing tools, booking coordination and payout processes described in Pandit Terms.

Operator and payment processing

• DevMandir is a devotional booking brand operated by FirstTrek OPC Private Limited ("FirstTrek", "we", "us", "our").
• Our registered office, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), and other statutory details are published on the Contact and Grievance Redressal pages and in Admin Settings when available. We do not display unverified registration numbers on this website.
• You book on www.devmandir.in. PhonePe returns the browser to devmandir.firstrek.in (FirstTrek's PhonePe-approved domain for DevMandir) before you continue to payment status on the customer site. PhonePe processes payments on behalf of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited, which is the merchant of record. The PhonePe page and your bank, card or UPI statement may show FirstTrek or a statement descriptor configured with PhonePe.
• DevMandir does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or wallet credentials. Payment credentials are entered directly on PhonePe's pages.
• The Pandit named on your listing performs the ritual at the location shown. DevMandir coordinates booking, communication, cancellation and refunds as described in these policies.
